Our Story

Founded by Ben in 2021 and based in Denver, Colorado, Serable got its start as a recruiting agency. In that same year, Ben found Matt on Github and reached out to him about an open role he was actively recruiting for. After a few rounds of interviews, Matt landed the position. Unfortunately, Ben had to place Serable on the backburner as other ventures took more precedence, yet he and Matt continued to talk on a weekly basis. In early 2025, Ben decided to move Serable to the top of his priority list, and began to expand the recruiting agency into courses and coaching. Matt, hearing and seeing Ben’s vision, joined as one of the Founders and Owners of the team. Matt would lead the architecture of the courses platform, while Ben managed the recruiting and coaching side of the business.

Together, Ben and Matt recognized that traditional education often falls short of preparing individuals for the rapidly evolving job market, and that’s where Serable would fill the gap.
