Role Summary

We're looking for a technical recruiter with a succesful track record working with startups and who's excited to help them grow. This role is for someone who has 2+ years of experience working directly with candidates, thrives in a startup environment, and values lasting relationships.

This is a full-time role where you'll work closely with Serable's founders and clients to understand hiring needs, source and engage top talent, and improve our recruiting processes as we scale.

Responsibilites

  • Partner with AI startup clients to understand hiring priorities and role requirements
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the interview process
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients and founders
  • Proactively identify ways to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Deep desire to help others improve with a history in coaching, teaching, or leadership
  • Curiosity to learn about people and a passion for learning without bias
  • Exceptional at understanding the needs of clients and candidates
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • Tenacity and persistence in sourcing and closing candidates
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and taking initiative
  • Comfort working in a remote startup environment where processes are still being built
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Recruiting experience in technical industries (engineering, product, AI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience with operations, coding, or technical fields
  • Leadership with mentoring and growing a team
  • Located in New York or San Francisco

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $180,000 base salary with additional commissions and bonuses
  • Up to 25 days of paid time off plus paid holidays
