The first is our recruiting services where we work with AI and healthtech startups to build their engineering teams. The other focus of our business is providing educational courses and training.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern who is passionate about helping people in their professional careers and excited to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition. You’ll support sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and internal projects that help Serable grow responsibly and intentionally. This is an excellent opportunity for a college junior, senior, or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in recruiting and HR within a startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, events, and email

  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and support coordinating interviews

  • Communicate directly with candidates to ensure a positive experience during the interview process with our clients

  • Work with our partners to identify new job placement opportunities for our best candidates

  • Document activity in tracking tools and maintain an organized recruiting workflow

  • Work collaboratively across a remote team while also owning independent tasks

Who You Are

  • A current junior, senior, or recent graduate studying HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

  • Passionate about helping people succeed and creating better career pathways

  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial startup environment

  • Excellent communicator who works well with both candidates and teammates

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and recruiting techniques

  • Comfortable working fully remote and managing your own schedule

  • Strong understanding of AI and computer fundamentals. Most of our clients are AI startups.

Internship Timelines and Compensation

This is an hourly role with the expectation that you would be full-time during at least June and July. For candidates with availability, the start date can be as early as April. Interns who perform well during the internship will also have the option to continue on in a part-time or full-time basis after the internship concludes.

Expected compensation for this Recruiting internship is $20 - $25 per hour.
