Role Summary
We’re looking for a Product Management Intern who is excited about building user-centered products and learning how product strategy comes to life in a fast-moving startup. This internship is ideal for college juniors, seniors, or recent graduates with coursework or experience in product management, business, technology, design, or related fields. You’ll work closely with product leadership to support discovery, define requirements, and help shape intuitive, impactful user experiences.
What You’ll Do

Work directly with engineering to define a product roadmap and features

Own the user experience workflows and prototyping processes

Work on go-to-market efforts to expand the product footprint with the marketing and recruiting teams

Support product discovery by conducting user research, gathering insights, and analyzing feedback

Work with curriculum developers to foster a community of course creators

Help prioritize features based on user needs, impact, and feasibility

Perform QA to ensure product releases meet standards of excellence
Who You Are

A college junior, senior, or recent graduate studying Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or a related field

Familiar with foundational product management concepts such as user research, requirements gathering, and agile development

Passionate about building products that help people grow and access opportunities

A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, evolving environment

Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to take ownership of projects

Strong communicator who collaborates well in a remote setting

Internship Timelines and Compensation
This is an hourly role with the expectation that you would be full-time during at least June and July. For candidates with availability, the start date can be as early as April. Interns who perform well during the internship will also have the option to continue on in a part-time or full-time basis after the internship concludes.
Expected compensation for this Product Management internship is $25 - $35 per hour.
