Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their founding engineering team. You will help design and build systems that enable natural, reliable conversations between humans and AI, and directly shape the technical foundation of a high-impact healthcare platform.
This is a highly autonomous role for an engineer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants to own meaningful product surface area. Tech Stack

Requirements:

6+ years in full-stack or backend engineering

Seed–Series B startup experience

Built and scaled production systems in high-reliability environments

Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React

Solid systems and distributed systems fundamentals

Experience with generative AI stacks (LLMs, voice AI, agents)
