Who Can Use Our Services

Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for most courses. To request a refund, contact us at support@serable.com.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, such as payment processors, but we will assist where possible.

Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Resell or redistribute our course materials
• Upload false or misleading information (e.g., impersonating others)
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination of your account, and legal recourse.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, coaching materials, and site content are the copyrighted property of Serable LLC or its authors, unless otherwise noted.
• You may NOT copy, reuse, or share this content without written permission.
• Content you upload (e.g., resumes or CVs) remains your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide coaching and placement services.

No Guarantees

We aim to provide high-quality resources, but:

• We do NOT guarantee job placement or specific results from using our courses or coaching.
• All Services are provided “as is”. Use them at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Downtime, data loss, or technical issues
• Errors caused by third-party services (e.g., Stripe)

Your sole remedy is to stop using our Services.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You also waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuits related to these Terms or our Services.

Continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
